MANO EDU XL is a battery-operated video magnifier on a foldable stand. In addition to the main camera, it also has a distance camera that can be rotated in all directions. Both cameras impress with their Ultra HD 4K resolution and can also be viewed simultaneously on the touch display thanks to the integrated split-screen function. MANO EDU comes with a 15.6″ display. The viewing angle of the display can be adjusted and the keystone correction compensates for distortions. The display can also be folded out to make the viewing angle even more ergonomically.
Equipped with a read-aloud function, you can capture an entire page at the touch of a button and have it read aloud to you. MANO EDU XL even pages up to A3 format and they can be displayed without having to move the reading material back and forth. The ability to capture several pages in one document and the option of copying external images and text files to the device make this portable video magnifier a versatile companion in all situations.
The optionally available second display does not require a separate power supply. It can be mounted above the main display, offering you maximum convenience.
The distance camera can be rotated in all directions. If the camera is facing away from the device, it can be used as a room camera. If you turn the camera towards you, it automatically switches to the mirror function. In horizontal orientation, it can be used as a second document camera for your notes. Images, texts and PDFs from an SD card or a usb stick can also be viewed and permanently saved on the device.
In addition to the magnification function, you can also have texts read aloud. An entire page can be captured at once under the device. Multi-page documents can be saved as PDFs. External files can also be read aloud or viewed enlarged. The read aloud function supports more than 15 different languages, which can be selected via the menu. This means that the read aloud function can also be used in foreign language lessons if required.
A detachable glare shield can be attached to the back of the frame and blocks annoying light reflections from other light sources. The device can be folded up quickly and easily transported well protected in the bag supplied.
