Description

The CM-2.4 Set solo equipment is a mobile radio communication system with a 2.4 GHz transmission frequency.

A direct connection between the spoken word and clear understanding. CM-2.4 extends the limits of intelligibility for users of hearing systems and everyone wishing to converse with self-confidence even in acoustically challenging environments.

The CM-2.4-Set soft case contains, apart from the CM-2.4-transmitter and -receiver: 1 plug-in microphone, 1 In-ear-earphones, 1 headphone, 1 neckloop, 2 belt clips, 2 lanyard straps, 2 USB-charger cables, 2 x USB power supplies.

By digitally transmitting audio signals over the 2.4-GHz frequency band the communication amplifier CM-2.4  utilizes the currently most high-performing method in radio transmission technology – the result: crystal-clear sound in a significantly higher quality when compared to regular transmission methods.

Within its small and elegant design, the CM-2.4, contains technology which will impress you with its quality of sound and the intelligibility of its transmission, from the moment you first use it. The CM-2.4, has been conceived as a helper for communication even when in being in difficult acoustic situations.

Convenience and a wide range of application possibilities :-
The personal communication system CM-2.4 consists of a transmitter and a receiver unit. The transmitter, which is equipped by default with a plug-in-microphone, features further input connection possibilities. The receiver allows the connection of various hearing components. Included in the set are in-ear-phones, a lightweight headphone and a neckloop. The latter allows the direct audio transmission via induction between the receiver and CI-Implants or hearing-aids with activated T-coil.

Great performance and easy handling
Of all the features this system has to offer, one will assure an easy and error-free use: After switching on, the devices are immediately ready to use. No rocket science is involved – if changing the settings is at all necessary, the menu guided setup can be navigated with only three buttons and the LC display shows the current state.

Switch to clear understanding
If it is necessary to understand every word even within noisy environments, for example at work, in your leisure time or in a busy restaurant, with the CM-2.4 it is simply switching over to clear understanding and confident
conversation.

The CM2.4 transmitter

This small but powerful transmitter has 3,5 mm connection sockets for microphones or audio input. Just switch it on and the transmitter is instantly ready to use – the LC display indicates the current status of transmission power, transmission channel and battery charge level. The menu-guided handling is managed with just 3 buttons. The maximum transmission range can be up to 300 metres, depending on the surroundings. The operating time per battery charge is about 20 hours.

The CM 2.4 receiver

The receiver sports two 3,5 mm audio output sockets for connecting various listening devices, such as headphones, active speakers, earphones or neckloops. Even audio-stereo systems can be connected. These will bring the transmitted sound to your ear, either by usual sound waves or, when using the included neckloop, by induction. By the latter way, hearing impaired people can enjoy the sound in their preferred level of volume, virtually free of other environmental sounds.
