Partnership agreement in South Africa for Texthelp Ltd, the makers of BrowseAloud
Edit Microsystems (Pty) Ltd, a leading supplier of education and corporate technology solutions in Southern Africa, are proud to announce our partnership with Antrim based company, Texthelp. With assistance from Invest Northern Ireland, this collaboration sees the two companies come together to supply Texthelp’s product, BrowseAloud into the South African market.
BrowseAloud, provides worldwide leadership in online reading and translation support with more than 7,000 websites using the solution. This unique software program is designed to make online content more accessible to those with print disabilities and those who speak English or Afrikaans as a second language. Through the addition of an easy-to-use toolbar to your website, BrowseAloud gives reading support (including text-to-speech, magnification and translation) to your website visitors on any device – without requiring any payment or installation from the user. BrowseAloud is suitable for any corporate, government, educational or non-profit organisation seeking to make information available and accessible online to their customers, community-members, students or stake-holders.
